U-M microplastics exhibit on Detroit’s Belle Isle

University of Michigan researchers, in collaboration with researchers at the Dossin Great Lakes Museum, have created an exhibit exploring microplastics in the environment. The exhibit will be displayed until April 2024.

EXHIBIT: “Microplastics: Here, There, Everywhere”
Microplastics have been found in our air, land and water, including the Great Lakes. How do microplastics enter our environment and what can you do to help?
Join us at the Dossin Great Lakes Museum where a special exhibit was created in a collaboration between researchers from the University of Michigan and the museum.
PLACE: Dossin Great Lakes Museum, 100 The Strand, Belle Isle, Detroit. Museum hours: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday-Sunday; after Memorial Day: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday, 1-5 p.m. Sunday
