There is new signage posted throughout the garage that instructs guests on how to pay for parking. Parkers will need to scan the QR code, or input the link found on the the posted signage and follow instructions to pay. The parking structure entrance is located on Parsons St. between Woodward Ave. and Cass Ave. All guests must park on the third floor and above (floor 1 is handicapped parking and floor 2 is reserved for staff who work in the building.) Parking can be validated (confirm with event lead for validation) at the front desk of the center when you are signing in for your meeting/event space.
No. However, in such cases, the reservationist must sign a waiver accepting sole responsibility for food and/or beverage services.

The use of audio-visual equipment is included on the room rental fee. There are, however, additional services that the Detroit Center offers with an additional fee.
